• Pick up at the airport or bus station in Tuxtla Gutierrez
• Transfer to Cahuare where we take the motor boat in order to visit the
• Impressive Sumidero canyon (two hours trip)
• Also visit of the charming colonial city of Chiapa de Corzo and lunch in a typical Restaurant,
• Drive to San Cristobal de las Casas
• Accommodation and overnight at hotel

• After breakfast we start the visit of the indigenous Maya market of San Cristobal de las Casas, Santo Domingo and Charity church
• Drive to the Maya villages of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan in order to see the daily life of people and specially rituals, ceremonies into the church of San Juan Chamula that gives us the idea about the shamanism, religion and Maya cosmology
• Visit of families in Zinacantan to see women work in textiles
• Maya traditional lunch
• Return to San Cristobal de las Casas
• afternoon free
• Overnight at hotel

Day 03: 07:30
Ocosingo, Tonina, Agua Azul, Misol-ha and Palenque

• Departure to Ocosingo
• Visit of the huge archaeological site of Tonina, where we admire the architecture and Maya art exhibited in the beautiful museum
• Continue to the waterfalls of Agua Azul, time to visit and swim if the weather allows it
• Lunch in a local restaurant
• Drive to Palenque visiting the water fall of Misol-ha
• Accommodation and overnight at hotel

Day 04: 06:00
Bonampak, Yaxchilan and Palenque

• Early departure to the jungle with breakfast on the road
• Visit of Bonampak archaeological zone to admire the most important mural paintings of Maya culture
• Drive to Frontera  Corozal where we
• Take the motor boat over the Usumacinta river towards Yaxchilan
• Yaxchilan archeological zone to visit of this wonderful site surrounded by the Lacandon jungle
• Lacandon jungle is a place with interesting steles, carvings and remarkable architecture
• Lunch in Frontera Corozal
• Back to Palenque
• Overnight at hotel

Day 05: 8:00
Palenque and Campeche

• After breakfast we start the visit of
  Palenque archaeological zone the most important and biggest ancient city of the Maya world place where we see the magnificent architecture and art expressed in the many temples like:
  temple of inscriptions
  the palace
  temple of the sun
  foliage cross
  temple of the cross ball court
• Palenque archaeological zone is where the archaeologists have registered more than two hundred temples hidden into the jungle
• Lunch in a local restaurant
• Transfer to Campeche with lunch on the road
• Accommodation and overnight at hotel

Day 06: 9:00
Campeche, Kabah, Uxmal and Merida

• Our day begins with a breakfast
• Then a tour of historic center of Campeche city
• Drive to visit the small but important archaeological site Kabah
• Drive to the very exciting archaeological site of Uxmal, where we will visit the dwarf temple, the palace and the quadrangle of the nunnery
• Lunch in a typical restaurant
• Drive to Merida with visit of the city
• Accommodation and overnight at hotel

Day 07: 7:30
Piste, Chichen Itza and Cancun or Playa del Carmen

• After breakfast
• Drive to the town of Piste while there you will
• Visit the remarkable site of
  Chichen Itza archaeological site where you will witness the largest ball game in Mesoamerica
• Also you will visit the jaguar temple, the warrior temple, the venus temple, the sacred well, the pyramid of Kukulkan, and other temples of ancient times
• Enjoy a nice lunch buffet of typical Yucatecan meal
• Drive to Cancun or Playa del Carmen
• Accommodation and overnight at hotel

• At convenient time transfer to the airport
