Day 01:
Sumidero Canyon
and Cima de las Cotorras
- Reception at Tuxtla
Gutierrez airport or bus station
- Drive to Cahuare (30
minutes) where we take a motor boat to visit the impressive Sumidero Canyon,
(2 hour or so and be sure to bring binoculars)
- Lunch included in
Chiapa de Corzo in a typical restaurant
- After visiting the
viewpoints of the canyon, continuing to the Sima de las Cotorras (Top of
the Parrots) also called Copal
- Lodging in the cabins
of the place
- Rest of the afternoon
free

Day 02:
08:00 hrs.
Apic pac, Sima de las
Cotorras
- After breakfast
- Travel within this
perimeter impressive karst pit where hundreds of parrots living in the
vegetation from February to October
- See the rock
paintings, (be sure to bring binoculars)
- Continue to the
Netzhualcoyotl dam through the Ocote jungle and arrive to Apic pac
community
- Take the boat motor
for a boat ride to see some waterfalls
- Continuing to the
boxed called "The Cave of the Parrots" sort of cave about 700 meters
where enter with the boat to see the interesting rock formations
- When the water level
is low you enter walking becoming an interesting experience
- Lunch included at
local restaurant
- Return to the Sima de
las Cotorras
- Overnight.

03:

Cañon de la Venta, Aguacero waterfall, La Encrucijada, La Palma community
- After breakfast at 08:00
hrs.
- Continue to the Cañon
de la Venta (canyon) to visit the Rain waterfall,
to make this visit is necessary to ascend and descend about 826 steps
- Free time to swim and
walk into the canyon
- Around 11:45 begin the
journey of four hours to the Encrucijada (crossroads) is a largest and
highest nature reserve of mangrove in Latin America
- Lunch en route in the
city of Tonala
- Arrive at the pier Las
Garzas (Herons) to board the motor boat to take us to the fishing
community of La Palma
- Accommodation in
ecological cabins of the place
- At a convenient hour
dinner at a family house or in a restaurant or the cooperative

Day
04:
La Palma,
La Encrucijada, Chantuto
lake, Zacapulco
- Breakfast prepared by
local women
- Begin a walk through
the community to know the daily lives of its residents, visiting homes,
schools, traditional bread oven
- Then take a motor boat
that will take us a
excursion through mangrove tunnels inside the reserve of La Encrucijada
(the crossroads) where we can admire the high mangroves with its aerial
roots, tiger herons, white and gray, pelicans and other species in the
nest
- Continue to lake
Chantuto to learn fishing for shrimp
- Return to Palm,
welcome lunch in local restaurant
- After lunch we go to
the seashore Zacapulco
- Visit the turtle camp
and be in the
secluded beaches to walk and be in contact with the sea and go fishing
with a fishhook
- Return and at a
convenient hour dinner and overnight.

05:
La Palma, Zacapulco
- Board the canoe to learn
fishing with trolling rod
- Breakfast on board
- Continue to seashore
Zacapulco where local women prepare us the lunch
- Rest on the beach
- Back to Palma
- Night fishing practice
- Overnight.

06:

Tuxtla Gutierrez or San
Cristobal de las Casas
- After breakfast we
returned to dock Las Garzas (herons)
- Continue to Tuxtla
Gutierrez or San Cristobal de las Casas
- End of services.

Cancelation Policy:
- 30 to 15 days before arrival date: 25% USD charge
- 14 to 06 days before arrival date: 50% USD charge
- 05 to 01 days before arrival date: Full payment applies
/ or depending on hotel, possibility to reschedule at last 48 hrs. prior to arrival
