Early morning
start the San
Cristobal de las Casas walk city tour
seeing the main buildings
as: The
Indian market, Church of Santo Domingo de Guzman unique in Mexico
because its altar facade, the Cathedral, Arco del Carmen...
- Then drive to the nearby Indian
community of San
Juan Chamula,
the most traditional Mayan town; observation of the costumes, rituals and
ceremonies practiced by the natives with influence of catholic elements.

Continue
to Zinacantan, place of bats, a Maya-Tzoltzil town
where we visited families
to see the daily work of the women who make crafts in the loom, we
tasted the traditional drink called posh own rituals and celebrations,
visited the church and the chapel of the authorities.
- Back to
San Cristobal de las Casas.
- Lunch
and free afternoon in San Cristobal de las Casas.

Amatenango del Valle,
Chiflon waterfall, Monte Bello lakes
- At 07:45 hrs. drive to
Amatenango del Valle a Tzeltal Maya village where you can see the
development of pottery
- Continue to the
waterfalls of Chiflon the largest waterfall in the State of Chiapas,
hiking to see the beauty of the place, swimming if desired
- Continue to Monte
Bello to see the Lake Ensueño, La Encantada, and the lakes Tziscao and
Pojoj
- Continue to the City
of Comitan
- Rest of the afternoon
free to explore the place
- (the overnight stay in
the ecotourism center "Las Nubes" (clouds) is subject upon request and
availability of spaces and communication with the eco-center)

Canopy, Las Guacamayas
- After breakfast, we
started walking up the path and climb to the lookout point where we have
a spectacular view of Rio Santo Domingo
- Walk to the city of
rocks
- Return and time for
activity in the canopy (for those who want to do)
- Lunch included in
local restaurant
- Continue to the
eco-tourism center of Las Guacamayas (the Scarlet Macaw)
- Arrival and
accommodation in the cabins of the place
- At a convenient hour
dinner and overnight.

- In the morning at 06:00
observation of nesting macaws (optional)
- at 8:00 breakfast
- at 10:00 tour boat on
the river Lacantun in the jungle, (3 hours and 30 minutes) with
swimming, fishing

- Afternoon tour of the
community, howler monkey area, nesting area of the macaws and the
Mirador
- at a convenient hour

- Continue to Frontera
Corozal where we take the motor boat to visit the mysterious
archaeological site of Yaxchilan, where you can see beautiful stelae and
lintels with writing and impressive Maya temples.
- Return to Frontera
Corozal in a motor boat
- Lunch in a local
restaurant included
- Continue to Lacan-ha
to the Lacandon family house
- Accommodation in the
cabins of the place
- Afternoon free with
the option to hike into the jungle to visit Mactuni-ha waterfall and
river Cedros, time to swim and be in touch with nature

- Depart to Bonampak,
where you can see the most important murals in the Mayan world, in
addition to stelae
representing the Chan Moan II ruler
- Continue to the Posa
Pop Chan through the community of Nueva Palestina
- Time to see the place
- Start a walk along the
shore of the river to the Las Golondrinas waterfall, enjoy this
wonderful place in the middle of the jungle and take a refreshing swim
- Continue to Palenque
- Lunch en route

hrs. visit to the archeological zone of
Palenque,
the largest city in the Maya world, where you can admire the
architecture and art master more evolved culture of Mesoamerica, with
its temple of the Inscriptions, the Palace, temple of the Sun, temple
Foliated Cross and many more, the city where today it has registered
more than 800 temples still covered by jungle

included in a local restaurant
- Transfer
to
Villahermosa
airport or bus terminal. (from Palenque to Villa Hermosa 2 hours drive)

- 14 to 06 days before arrival date: 50% USD charge
