The stone, which gives its name to the shelter, cools the tropical environment in which it sits.
Each of its 9 rooms has been redesigned to present a special and different scenario, with the common denominator of the roof brickwork and wooden beams, the talavera the bathrooms and large windows.

We have two family rooms (up to 6 people per room) as well as a room with particular characteristics to those couples that want to have a romantic and a terrace to admire the spectacular view of the Sierra de Cucharas.

All rooms have private bathroom and independent entrance, have ceiling fan and heater.
Six of them have air conditioning and two have facilities for disabled people.

Our restaurant, "El Trapiche", use similar techniques
in the kitchen to the extraction of juice of a
sugar cane with a traditional "Trapiche", patient and thorough work to extract the essential flavor of natural, seasonal ingredients to provide our guests

Reservation Policy
"Hotel Hostal Casa de Piedra"

	• It requires advance payment (deposit or wire transfer to bank account) 50% of the days reserved
	• High season: Payment is required within 3 working days from the date it is reserved for two people plus $100 per additional person in same room
	• Low season: Payment is required 1 month before arrival. In case of reservations made with less advance, payment must be made within 3 working days from the date of booking
	• Failure to make payment at appointed times, the reservation is canceled without notice

Cancellation Policy
"Hotel Hostal Casa de Piedra"

	• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival no charge
	• Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before date of arrival applies a charge of 50% of the advance
	• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before date of arrival applies a charge of 75% of the advance
	• Reservations canceled less than 7 days in advance are charged 100%
	• In all cases of cancellation, subsidized the advance not repaid on the next visit within the period of 1 year. This benefit does not apply in case of no show the guest (no show).

From Ciudad Victoria, capital of Tamaulipas, follow Highway 85 toward Ciudad Mante, at km. 132, after having passed the Rio Sabinas, take the deviation to the right towards Gomez Farias (10 km. from the main road).
The estimated time from Ciudad Victoria is 90 minutes.

From Tampico, take the road to Ciudad Mante and continue on Highway 85 to Ciudad Victoria, 35 km.
(from the km. 131), take the deviation to the left to Gomez Farias.
The estimated time from Tampico is 2 hours.

Arriving in Gomez Farias, Hotel Hostal Casa de Piedra is located 150 meters from the City Hall.
