![]() The FAISAN restaurant was founded in 1955 by Dr. Alonso Sanchez and Mrs. Melba N. de Sanchez, using the recipes of Mrs. Aurora Canto, grandmother of the mentioned lady and great-grandmother of the present manager, Mr. Alonso Sanchez Novelo. Mrs. Aurora Canto, shown in the portrait in the restaurant while celebrating her 100th birthday, passed away at the age of 103. |
