Actopan is located 121 km from Mexico City via federal highway 85 in the State of Hidalgo, Mexico.

One of its main attracions in Actopan is the Agustinian complex, built in the XVI century, which nowadays houses a Colonial Museum where you can admire beautiful murals of biblical scenes.
