Calkini is located 80 km northwest from Campeche City in the State of Campeche by the Federal Highway 180 in Mexico.

In Calkini you can visit interesting places such as:

  • The baroque-style Parish of San Luis de Tolosa, whose portal is Plateresque style.

  • The Main Park which is decorated with beautiful figures of animals formed with bushes

  • The Remate Spring, situated 50 km northeast of Calkini, which is a natural refuge for wild and aquatic animals

  • Six kilometers to the north you can visit Tepekan, famous for its ceramics
